A Substitute Teacher teaches or supervises classes for teachers who are away on leave or sick. May substitute for teachers at several different schools or school districts. May substitute for one day or for a longer term absence; may follow lesson plans developed by the regular teacher, or work with teacher who will be out to create new lesson plans and assignments.

Must be at least 18 years old. Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification (Fullerton locations) Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs. Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
