The Substitute Teacher will step in for regular classroom teachers as needed, ensuring continuity of learning in a nurturing and structured environment. This role involves implementing lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a positive, engaging learning experience aligned with Seashore Academy's educational values. Responsibilities Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities that support children's social, emotional, and academic development. Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Encourage independence, creativity, and positive behavior through play-based learning. Supervise children and ensure their well-being at all times. Communicate effectively with families and collaborate with team members. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and required documentation.
