Long-Term Substitute Teacher- 4th Grade Math and Science Reports to: Harrison Elementary School Building Principal Southwest Local School District is searching for a Long-Term Substitute Teacher for 4th Grade Math and Science at Harrison Elementary School from October
- January.
Salary Schedule:
$125 per day Teacher contract for 60+ days Teacher hired will be paid through HCESC's Aesop Substitute Teaching System. Candidate must also apply through www.Subsolutions.org.
Responsibilities:
Implement lesson plans, assess student learning, and adjust instruction as needed to support student success. Maintain continuity of instruction, classroom routines, and expectations throughout the long-term assignment. Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that supports student engagement and achievement. Collaborate with grade-level teachers, specialists, administrators, and support staff to ensure continuity of instruction and student support. Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with families and school staff as appropriate. Working knowledge of Ohio Extended Standards is a plus.Qualification Profile:
Passing Background and Fingerprint examination.Additional Duties:
Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Principal and other central office administrators as designated by the Superintendent.Note:
