Job Description Adequately prepares for classroom instructionKeeps students motivated and interested in the program and ensures students set realistic attainable goalsMaintains a high degree of discipline within the classroomAccounts for students when they are under your responsibilityMaintains accurate student records and filesAdheres to all DOL, Company, Center and department guidelinesAdheres to the guidelines determined by outside agenciesDevelops corrective action plans for students with deficienciesMonitors statistical date related to GED test and scoresDevelops instructional plans using TABE diagnostic for those students who do not meet the requirementOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, and/or equivalent combination of education and experiencePossession of, or eligibility for, temporary teaching certification in the State in which the center is locatedAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
