Career Systems Development Corporation seeks an on-call Substitute Academic Instructor to provide classroom instruction to Job Corps students when primary teachers are absent. In this role, you will deliver prepared lesson plans, support core academic learning, and help students build the skills needed for career and life success. You will uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom, maintain attendance and behavior standards, and collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of instruction while advancing CSD's mission-driven, student-centered culture.
