This role supports our young students' daily experience and learning in calm, safe, and engaging classroom environments. It is an opportunity to work alongside a talented and committed staffulty and a caring community of families. The Substitute Teacher works in different classrooms across our program levels throughout the week to cover teacher absences and helps maintain a welcoming, orderly, and developmentally appropriate environment that reflects Montessori principles. In this role, you will support classroom routines and the children's social-emotional development, and growing independence while ensuring each child feels secure, supported, and cared for during the afternoon and evening hours at the conclusion of the school day.
