Bachelor's Degree Our clients are seeking Substitute Teachers to work in schools in the Bridgeport, CT and surrounding areas. Multiple opportunities for daily sub and long-term substitute teachers for grades K-12 are available.
  • Regular school hours
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
  • Follows the lesson plans left by the teacher for whom he/she is substituting in accordance with district's philosophy, goals and objectives.
  • Maintain as fully as possible the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom where assigned.
  • Meet and instruct assigned classes in the locations and at the times designated.
  • Maintain a classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
  • Models non-discriminatory practices in all activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information concerning students, staff, or parent/guardian in any public setting.
  • Assist in upholding and enforcing school rules, administrative regulations, and School Board policies.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Teaching experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fingerprint & background check, able to pass Child Clearance and Act 16-67
  • Copy of highest Level of Education
  • Current Resume
