Substitute Paraprofessionals may also be referred to as Paraeducators, Education Technicians, Teacher's Aide, Instructional Assistant, Classroom Assistant or Education Assistant. Minimum requirements:
Substitute Teacher - Bachelor's Degree Substitute Para - High school diplomaResponsibilities:
- Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
- Assist, support and work closely with the supervising district/school employees
- Assisting students on classroom topics/courses
- Building positive relationships
- Assigning or re-enforcing tasks and homework
- Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
- Assist in building a classroom environment that's conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students
- Adapt to the various learning styles of students
- For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments Perks you'll enjoy with
