Preschool & Elementary Floater / Substitute Aide (Flexible Schedule) Cinco Christian School is seeking a caring, dependable, and flexible Floater/Substitute Aide to support both our preschool and elementary classrooms. This position is ideal for someone who loves children, enjoys variety in their day, and feels called to serve in a Christ-centered school environment. Position Overview The Floater/Sub Aide assists teachers as needed, helps maintain a safe and nurturing classroom, and provides coverage during teacher absences, breaks, or busy times throughout the day. Responsibilities Support teachers in preschool and elementary classrooms Supervise and engage students during activities, centers, and transitions Help with lunch, recess, rest time, and classroom organization Step into classrooms as a substitute when needed Maintain a positive, patient, and Christ-like attitude with students and staff Qualifications Love for children and a heart for Christian education Flexible and willing to move between age groups Reliable and punctual Team-oriented with strong communication skills Childcare or school experience preferred (not required) Background screening required What We Offer Flexible schedule Supportive, faith-filled work environment Opportunity to serve across multiple age groups Meaningful work making a difference in children's lives If you feel called to help children grow academically, socially, and spiritually, we would love to hear from you.
