Support students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or developmental challenges, through tailored instructional approaches. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging participation and supporting their social-emotional development. Adapt instructional methods as needed to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth classroom operations and communicate student progress or concerns effectively. Skills Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and foster a respectful environment. Experience working with children across various age groups, including early childhood education settings. Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation tailored to diverse learners. Familiarity with special education practices, including working with students with autism or developmental disabilities. Ability to plan engaging lessons and organize classroom activities that promote literacy, math, creative writing, or Montessori methods. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, staff, and parents. Experience in behavior management strategies and instructional adaptability to meet individual student needs.
