Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards across different subjects and grade levels. Implement lesson plans provided by classroom teachers or develop your own to meet diverse student needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. Support students' social-emotional development through positive behavior management strategies. Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth classroom operations and student progress tracking. Maintain clear communication with students, staff, and parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Requirements Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings. Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Experience in teaching or tutoring in literacy education, math, or special education is highly desirable. Familiarity with behavior management strategies and working with students with diverse learning needs. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and families. Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and grade levels.
