Job Description
Westville Schools is currently seeking applicants to join the substitute teacher list. Substitute teachers would be responsible for following the missing teacher's lesson plan, supervising students, and assisting in the daily functions of the classroom and work directly with the substitute coordinator/system to fill openings on an at needed basis. Though we love K-12 substitutes, we recognize that some may be more comfortable in certain grade levels (Elementary, Middle, High). This is an as-needed position. Sub rate starts at $75/day for those with a high school diploma/GED, $82/day with those who provide documentation of a bachelors degree, and $88/day for those with a valid teaching license. Daily pay rate increases after subbing for 45 days, and again after 90 days.
