Substitute aides may also be referred to as paraprofessionals, education technicians, teacher's aide, instructional assistant, classroom assistant or education assistant.

• Minimum Requirements:

• + 18+ years of age (20+ to work in high schools) + High school diploma or equivalent + One of the following: Kansas Substitute License or Kansas Teaching License. Don't have a license? No problem! We will guide you through the process!

• Substitute Teacher Pay Rates:

• + Talent with an Emergency Substitute License - $15.89 per hour + Talent with a KS Teaching License or Standard Substitute License - $19.49 per hour + Long-Term Substitute Teacher - $21.68 per hour
