May substitute for one day or for a longer term absence; may follow lesson plans developed by the regular teacher, or work with teacher who will be out to create new lesson plans and assignments.

Job Description

Join Learning Grove, a leading nonprofit in early childhood education across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. As an On-Site Substitute Teacher, you'll play a key role in supporting classrooms during staff absences, helping maintain a nurturing, engaging environment for young learners.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; CDA preferred Completion of State-Approved Orientation Experience with young children and strong classroom management skills Team player with strong communication skills Must meet physical requirements; accommodations available
