May substitute for one day or for a longer term absence; may follow lesson plans developed by the regular teacher, or work with teacher who will be out to create new lesson plans and assignments.

Organization Information Carter County enrolls appoximately 4,000 students in six elementary, two middle, two high and one Career and Technical school.
