Qualifications & Experience:

Must meet district requirements: Associates Degree, 48 semester hours, or a ParaPro Assessment score of at least 450 Prior classroom experience requireddirect support to students with Autism or related disabilities preferred Strong ability to interpret IEPs and implement accommodations in daily routines Training in CPI, de-escalation techniques, significant behavior experience, and CPR certification highly valued Willingness to complete a district-required drug test and fingerprints, in addition to a standard background check
