Aug 31, 2026 Job Description The Amherst, Amherst-Pelham and Pelham Public School Districts are currently seeking highly qualified applicants for the position of Substitute Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. The Substitute Teacher position is a part-time, as needed and on-call position working throughout the schools in the three districts. Successful candidates may work at all levels as a classroom or specialist teacher, which includes but is not limited to assignments as a Special Education, Physical Education, Art, Instructional Technology. World Language and Health Education Teacher The districts utilize AESOP, an online substitute fulfillment system for the purpose of meeting all of the substitute needs of the districts.Successful applicants will be contacted directly by a representative from the Office of Human Resources following the submission of a complete employment application.
