JOB TITLE

Substitute Teacher

REPORTS TO

Principal/Assistant Principal

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides learning experiences by following the lesson plans developed by the lead teacher. Manages the conduct and behavior in the classroom. Promote high standards and expectations for student achievement. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the building principal/assistant principal.

WORKING CONDITIONS/EXPECTATIONS

Working in a school setting. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy indoor environment with work inside about 85% of the time and work outside about 15% of the work schedule. Ability to stand/sit and/or squat for extended periods of time. Perform other duties that may be assigned.
