Job Description
Position Summary:
Teacher will serve as a student-centered Language Arts educator who is a learner and warm demander for all learners. The teacher will establish collaborative & impactful relationships with colleagues, families, and students. Teacher will understand and model best instructional practices and ensure high levels of student learning. Candidate must have a learner, inclusionary, and equity-focused mindset and see that their presence has an impact with students and our school environment.Qualifications:
- Valid MN Teaching license .
- Student-Centered
- Commitment and belief around ensuring all students learn at high levels .
- Demonstrated use of research-based instructional and engagement strategies to meet the continuum of individual learning needs while using data and assessments to guide instructional decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students to achieve student learning results.
FTE/Schedule:

Based on candidate's education and experience per the OEA Master Agreement. Benefits offered for this position are as listed __Teaching Long Term Substitute:
Eligible for Health and Dental Insurance (single or family) after 12 weeks of uninterrupted service as a long-term substitute for the same teacher or for any other professional covered by the OEA Master Agreement.
