This innovative program provides aspiring paraprofessionals with the training, support, and hands-on experience needed to qualify for employment while learning alongside experienced educators. Whether you are entering the workforce, changing careers, or looking for meaningful work that makes a difference, the HMC-1 Para Academy can help you achieve your goals. School Year:
$22,695 - $37,809 (dependent upon experience and qualifications) All persons recommended for employment must pass an extensive background check through the Division of Family Services, the Missouri Highway Patrol, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
