Sub Teacher Source is a leading staffing agency that partners with school districts to provide dependable Substitute Teachers when regular educators are unavailable.
Our mission is simple:
ensure students continue receiving quality education no matter the day. We are currently hiring on-call Substitute Teachers who are flexible and available during high-demand days, particularly Mondays and Fridays.
Position:
Substitute Teacher (Part Time/On-Call ) This is mostly a part time role. . Most substitute teaching assignments are posted the evening before or the morning of the school day. Advance scheduling may be available depending on school needs and availability.

Responsibilities:
Provide classroom coverage when teachers are absent Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher Maintain a safe, positive, and productive classroom environment Adapt quickly to different grade levels and school settings Follow all district and school policies 3.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required/ with a minimum of 30 college credit hours. (verifiable experience working in a classroom may still deem you eligible if you do not have 30 credit hours completed) Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Prior teaching or substitute experience is a plus Strong communication and classroom management skills Prior experience professionally working with the youth
