Starting Pay:
$180/full day; $190/full day if in the same classroom for 10 consecutive days or longerOn Call Shifts:

You'll step into the classroom to provide meaningful instruction, support student growth, and maintain a positive learning environment when the regular teacher is unavailable. This is your chance to inspire learning, foster development, and be part of a mission-driven team that changes lives.What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver engaging instruction and implement lesson plans for students in accordance with established curriculum
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet individual student needs
- Supervise and support students in classroom and school settings
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with staff and families.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school required.
- Current Nebraska Teaching Certificate or Nebraska Substitute Teacher Certificate or a Local Substitute Teacher Certificate required.
- PEM, CPR and nationally recognized personal restraint model must be obtained if subbing in the RTC or select settings required.
- CPR and personal restraint certification (required in select settings)
- Background and experience to include work with learning disabled and behaviorally impaired learners preferred.
- Special Education endorsement preferred.
