Look no further- come join our team! Full and half day (3.5 hours) assignments are available! We are seeking Substitute Teachers at All Grade Levels for the 2025-2026 school year.
Job Summary:
To work as a substitute teacher supporting the Hudson School District Substitute Teachers should have the ability to carry out a program of study prescribed in the lesson plans left by the classroom teacher. Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students. Guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and objectives as indicated in the lesson plans for the lessons, units, or projects assigned. As a substitute, you will assume all the daily responsibilities of the position that you are substituting, such as lunchroom duty, hall monitoring, etc., and perform other related duties as directed by the principal. Substitutes are hired at will and there are no benefits associated with the position.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or
GED. NHDOE
certification, preferred
Compensation:
$110.00 per day for non-certified teachers $125.00 per day after 20 days of subbing in a school year $150.00 per day for certified teacher substitutes (must submit a copy of their current NH Dept of Education Certification to the Human Resources department). For substitute assignments lasting 3.5 hours, the substitute will be compensated at a half day rate.
