In this role, you will provide essential support to our classrooms by stepping in for regular teachers and caregivers when they are unavailable. You will have the opportunity to engage with children ages 6 months to 5 years old, facilitate learning, and maintain a positive and organized classroom environment. Responsibilities Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials as provided by the regular teacher or caregiver. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a conducive learning environment. Engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development. Manage diaper changes, feeding times and hygiene practices for all children. Maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning high-touch surfaces and implementing a cleaning routine with all children. Requirements High school Diploma or GED. Experience working in a Daycare or Preschool Setting. Familiarity with childhood development principles is beneficial. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of students and staff.
