Pay rate:

Substitute Teacher

• $150/daily Building Substitute Teacher
• $165/daily Substitute Paraprofessional
• $15.49/hr Minimum requirements: Substitute Teacher
• 30 College Credits + NJ Sub Cert Building Perm Teachers
• 30 College Credits + NJ Sub Cert Long Term Substitute
• Teacher NJ Teaching Cert Substitute Paraprofessional
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Permanent Paraeducator
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Daily Substitute Custodian
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Long-Term Substitute Custodian
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Substitute School Nurse
• RN +

NJ Sub Cert or NJ School Nurse Certification Responsibilities:

Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies Assist, support and work closely with the supervising district/school employees Assisting students on classroom topics/courses Building positive relationships Assigning or re-enforcing tasks and homework Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation Assist in building a classroom environment that's conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students Adapt to the various learning styles of students For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments Perks you'll enjoy with
