Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable substitute teachers to join our team. As a substitute teacher, you will step into various classrooms and provide instruction in the absence of the regular teacher. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a positive learning atmosphere and ensuring that educational objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher. Manage classroom behavior and create a safe, respectful environment. Engage students in learning activities and encourage participation. Communicate effectively with students and staff. Provide feedback on student performance and classroom activities. Ensure the classroom is left in good order at the end of the day. Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled in a relevant program). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to adapt quickly and effectively to different classroom environments.
