Yesterday Job Description Tipp City EVS is seeking dedicated and reliable Substitute Teachers (K-5th Grade) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Eligibility Requirements:
Background Checks:
Completion and clearance of both
FBI & BCI
checks
Training:
Successful completion of 2 days of Tipp City EVS district-provided training State of Ohio (ODE)
Requirements:
Must hold one of the following: Substitute Teaching License (1-year or 5-year) Pre-Service Teacher Permit (for students currently enrolled in an approved teacher preparation program) Apply for license/permit through the OH|ID system Pay all required state application/licensing fees Provide proof of high school diploma or higher education (based on eligibility option) Present a valid government-issued photo ID
Eligibility Options:
Option 1
  • Age 25+: High school diploma or equivalent required Option 2
  • Age 18+: Must be currently enrolled in an Educator Preparation Program District Training (Required
  • 2 Days): Day 1: Classroom Management & Student Engagement Day 2: Professional Standards, Safety Procedures, and Curriculum Orientation
