Qualifications & Requirements To be eligible to substitute for Xenia Community Schools, you must: Complete the online employment application through the Dayton Area School Employment Consortium (if not already completed) Hold or obtain a State of Ohio Educational Aide Permit Requires 48 semester hours of college or passing a Paraprofessional Test We offer the Paraprofessional Test onsite for $50.00 For test details, please contact Human Resources Next Steps Once your application has been completed, please contact Human Resources to schedule an appointment to finalize your onboarding and complete your background check ( BCII & FBI fingerprinting ).
