Qualifications & Requirements To be eligible to substitute for Xenia Community Schools, you must: Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher (required — no exceptions) Complete the online employment application through the Dayton Area School Employment Consortium (if not already completed) Daily Pay Rates $150.00 per day - Substitute Teaching License holders $165.00 per day - Current, active Teaching License holders Next Steps Please contact the Human Resources Department to schedule an appointment to complete onboarding paperwork and fingerprinting (BCII & FBI): ??
