SALARY:
$12.50 an hour, on an as needed basis
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma; Demonstrates aptitude for job to be performed.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Takes necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment and facilities. 2. Accepts the responsibility and arrives punctually for activities and duties as assigned. 3. Maintains appropriate emotional control, physical health and personal appearance. 4. Demonstrates fiscal responsibility as relates to school equipment and supplies. 5. Communicates with cafeteria daily on how many lunches to prepare. 6. Communicates with teachers regarding assignments for students placed in ISR. 7. Checks for completion of assigned work before the students are allowed to return to the regular classroom. Returns completed assignments to the teachers. 8. Maintains a quiet environment conducive to learning. 9. Strictly enforces the discipline procedures of the ISR classroom in order to achieve behavior modification. 10. Performs such other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand, walk, squat frequently. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently. Ability to walk or move long distances from location to location around the building multiple times each day.
