Substitute Teachers are responsible for following the lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment, supervising students, and supporting the academic and behavioral expectations of the classroom. Substitute Teachers are expected to serve as positive role models and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Metro Christian Academy's mission, vision, and values.
