A Bachel rs degree. Hld a valid and active Pennsylvania Instructi nal Certificate. Criminal hist ry and child abuse clearances (Acts 34, 151 and FBI). Cllabrates with ther staff members in the educatin prcess and assists with the smth peratin f the building. Displays an interest in and participates in the ttal schl pr gram. Exhibits dependability and punctuality in assigned duties, attendance at meetings and in the use and care f equipment and facilities. Displays psitive persnal traits, such as neatness, integrity, character, gd citizenship, respect fr thers, hnesty and respnsibility as an apprpriate mdel f r students. Abides by the Pennsylvania Schl Cde and the terms f the C llective Bargaining Agreement. Uphlds and enfrces schl rules, administrative regulatins and Bard p licy. Maintains pen lines f cmmunicatin with administrat rs, parents, students, staff members and the general public. Participates in curriculum review and redesign as required by department, subject area r grade level. Maintains an nging prgram t enhance prfessinal cmpetence fr the attainment f a jb g al. Incrprates the philsphy, bjectives and expectatins f the Teacher Expectatins, Evaluatin and Develpment plan in the attainment f prfessinal g als. Recgnizes the basic structural framewrk fr the develpment f instructinal prgrams and wrks tward the achievement f the bjectives. Develps, maintains and cmpletes all required written recrds and rep rts within established timelines. Utilizes a variety f instructinal strategies t attain lessn bjectives and prvides students pprtunities which extend beynd the classr m. Diagnses and evaluates student abilities and prgress t develp effective instructinal strategies t help students meet instructinal bjectives and prvides timely feedback t student cncerning their pr gress.
