$13.75 - $16.87 per hour About the Role American Staffing Professionals is seeking experienced, innovative Substitute Teachers for professional, state-accredited charter schools. We want educators who are excited by unique Elementary and Adult Education environments and who possess a deep appreciation for teaching. This role offers steady part-time work with excellent potential to transition into a full-time career within a state-accredited school network. Responsibilities Lead with
Impact:
Actively build and shape a positive school culture aligned with the institution's mission.
Execute Class Plans:
Maintain classroom order and deliver provided lesson plans accurately.
Manage Availability:
Accept on-call assignments and proactively update your availability in our scheduling system.
Communicate Effectively:
Maintain open, clear communication with the program administrator.
Support Diverse Learners:
Manage multi-grade classrooms ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade, as well as adult learners (9th grade to mature adults). Requirements Experience working with children in a structured classroom setting. Strong leadership, classroom management, and communication skills. No teaching license required to apply.
