Clifton Hills Elementary is an Expeditionary Learning K-5 school located in Chattanooga, TN. We have a positive school climate and culture for our faculty and students, where we consider ourselves a family and do whatever it takes to ensure that our students are successful. We are a previous turnaround school that has made drastic improvements within the past few years. Some accomplishments of Clifton Hills include being recognized as a state of Tennessee Level 5 school and a Model Demonstration School for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Expeditionary Learning Credentialed School , as well as exiting the state's priority list. If you hold a teaching license in another state, you must apply for a Tennessee teaching license. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree. Compensation Salary is based on a combination of relevant education and experience. Salary Scale This position may be eligible for an increase in total compensation. The Differentiated Compensation Plan applies to designated schools and hard-to-staff positions.
