Ministerial Character:

The Diocesan Bishop is the visible principle and foundation of unity in the particular Church ("the Diocese") entrusted to him. In order to fulfill his mission, the Diocesan Bishop employs suitable, chosen collaborators, who are clerics, religious, and lay people. Instruction:

Implement teacher-prepared lesson plans, deliver curriculum, and maintain academic continuity

Faith & Mission:

Support and model Catholic teachings, Gospel values, and the school's mission and philosophy

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment using approved discipline methods

Student Supervision:

Oversee students in classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, cafeteria, and during activities

Reporting & Communication:

Provide feedback to the regular teacher and alert administration to significant issues, maintaining confidentiality

Administrative Duties:

Follow school procedures, report to the office Perform other duties as assigned

Mental and Physical Demands:

Ability to carry, pull, push, lift, or move objects 10 pounds or more Ability to maintain composure under duress Ability to maintain confidentiality Qualifications Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
