What You'll Do As a Substitute Master Esthetician Instructor, you'll provide instructional support and help maintain a positive, engaging, and productive learning environment for students pursuing careers in advanced esthetics.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting students with curriculum questions, coursework, and hands-on learning activities. Presenting organized learning opportunities aligned with approved course outlines and instructional objectives. Supporting classroom, laboratory, and clinic-based instruction as directed by faculty. Maintaining accountability and supervision of students in classrooms, labs, and office areas. Adapting equipment, materials, and instructional resources to support specific learning objectives. Promoting professionalism, safety, sanitation, and industry best practices. Ensuring the safe use of instructional facilities, equipment, and supplies. Maintaining an organized, positive, and disciplined learning environment. Communicating effectively with students, faculty, and staff. Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Supporting the overall success of the Master Esthetics program and student learning experience. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable esthetics professional who is passionate about education, wellness, and helping students build successful careers. Preferred Qualifications Current Master Esthetician License in good standing. Professional experience in master esthetics, medical esthetics, skincare, or a related field. Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain advanced esthetics concepts and procedures. Commitment to maintaining a professional, positive, and student-focused learning environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency, including email and standard office software applications.
