What You'll Do :
Create fun, age-appropriate learning experiences through play and exploration. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and teammates. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Encourage confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing standards. Communicate with families about their child's daily experiences and developmental milestones. Qualifications Approximately 1 year of experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, school, camp, youth program, nanny position, coaching role, or similar environment. Meet Arkansas requirements for employment in a licensed child care center. Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
