Teacher's Aide | Farmington, Maine Job DescriptionJob Description Make a positive impact supporting students in a contract-based position as a Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. Highly regarded for those passionate about education, this onsite opportunity (near Farmington, ME) runs from August 28, 2026, through June 10, 2027, offering a rewarding experience working closely alongside a Social Worker and educational team. Full-time availability is preferred (35-40 hours/week over five days), but part-time applicants are also encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications:
Authorized Ed Tech credential in Maine is required Previous experience as a paraprofessional within a school setting is highly valued Demonstrates compassion, patience, and a willingness to be flexible in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families Adaptable and eager to support diverse student needsRole Responsibilities:
