Job Description
We are seeking to hire a floater/closing teacher's assistant for ages 0-5 years of age. This teacher will need to be able to mulitask in a fast pace environment, be energetic, patient and loves children. The teacher will be responsible for assisting teachers in other classrooms and be responible to close the daycare at the end of the day. Must be 21 to apply. Hours will range from 10:45am-5:30pm. Princeton Prep Academy is seeking exceptional individuals that go above and beyond! Responsibilities Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of 0-5-aged children. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Assess student performance and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Provide care and supervision for all ages during designated times, ensuring their safety and well-being. Foster a love for learning through creative activities that incorporate math concepts and literacy skills. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in early childhood education are a plus. Experience in preschool or early childhood settings is highly desirable. Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment. Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to young learners. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. A passion for educating young children and fostering their developmental milestones. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of students.
