Teacher Aide/ Support Staff

Preschool Assistant (Teacher Aide/ Support Staff) - Ascend's Little Miracles Community Program (Antioch) Ascend's Little Miracles Program is seeking a Part-Time Teacher Aide/ Support Staff to support our community-based preschool program in Antioch serving children with developmental, learning, sensory processing, language, and communication needs. We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Teacher Aide/Support Staff member who enjoys working with children and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role involves helping create a fun, supportive, and engaging classroom while assisting with educational and developmental activities for our kiddos. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact in their community and supporting children during their early developmental years. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children with special needs Bilingual preferred, but not required Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework preferred Minimum Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience working with children ages 0-5 CPR certification At least 6 ECE units preferred, or willingness to enroll after hire Comfortable with diaper changing and assisting with classroom clean-up and daily care routines About Ascend Rehab Services At Ascend, we believe every day holds the possibility of a miracle.
