You'll always maintain a positive attitude when interacting with colleagues, parents, teachers, and other school staff, and strive to be approachable and respectful in your communication. As a colleague, you'll ensure the facility stays clean and tidy by directing members to clean up after their activities and following the guidelines provided by the Unit Director for closing and cleaning procedures. As a Program Aide, you'll create fun, interactive activities that teach children about healthy habits, character development, and leadership skills and help teenagers prepare for the future.
