Reed School
  • PreKindergarten through second grade; Bel Aire School
  • grades 3, 4 and 5; and Del Mar Middle School
  • grades 6, 7 and 8.
District enrollment is approximately 1,050 students, with class size averaging typically 23-24 students. RUSD students matriculate to Tamalpais Union High School District, as well as private schools in Marin County and San Francisco. Job Summary Job Summary The Special Education Aide, under the supervision of the Director of Student Services and coordination with the site principals, general education teachers, provides support to students with Individual Education Programs (IEPs) and general education students who need support. The Special Education Aide assists in large or small group instruction or in individual assistance, across all educational settings. The site principal will evaluate the employee with input from the appropriate supervising teachers. 31.5 hours per week. 10 Month work year (aligned with the student calendar). View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications This is an approximate 6.3 hours per day, Monday through Friday, position. Actual hours TBD. Must pass a background check and TB test to be hired.
