Desired Background and Qualifications:

12 years of experience in a school setting as a paraprofessional, or background in ABA in schools, clinics, or in-home environments High school diploma or higher education required Experience working with both general and special education students effective communication and a compassionate approach to student support Adaptability to assist both individual students and full classrooms

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with students, either 1:1 or as a classroom aide, delivering instructional and transition support Collaborate with educators and related service providers to address diverse student needs Support daily routines and ensure students engagement and safety throughout the school day Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning for all Assist students with academics as well as with transitions between activities, lunch periods, and other aspects of their educational experience
