Qualifications Education and Experience:
Instructional Assistant III aides must be willing to work with difficult students. Must be willing to work in Emotionally Disturbed (ED) or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classrooms. Must pre-qualify by attaching one documentation from the following list: 1. A passing score from San Juan Unified School District's Proficiency Exam - testing date must be April 2005 to current. Official passing score from the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST)

transcripts demonstrating the completion of two years of college (48 semester/60 quarter units) OR 4. Proof of an A.A. degree (or higher). •If your degree/transcripts are from a foreign college or university, YOU MUST have coursework evaluated for its equivalency to a degree/transcripts received from an accredited United States college or university. In some programs, possession of, or willingness and ability to obtain a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire or before driving any equipment/vehicle requiring this license.
