Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in daily classroom activities, small group instruction, and one-on-one student support Reinforce lesson plans, help with classroom management, and adapt materials as needed for diverse learners Support student engagement and encourage positive behavior Supervise students during transitions, recess, and other non-classroom times Collaborate with educators to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when necessary Help track student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff Benefits for
