Activity Coordinator Assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish) All Nations Corona Adult Day Health Care (ADHC/CBAS) - Corona, CA Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift Job Overview All Nations Corona Adult Day Health Care is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and organized Activity Coordinator Assistant to support programs and provide direct assistance for our Spanish-speaking senior participants. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with older adults, helping lead engaging activities, supporting participant care, and communicating with Spanish-speaking participants and families. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, dependable, warm, and passionate about serving seniors. Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and leading daily activities for senior participants Support culturally appropriate programs for Spanish-speaking participants Communicate with Spanish-speaking participants and family members Encourage participant engagement in recreational, educational, wellness, and social activities Assist with participant orientation and daily support Work closely with activity coordinators, nursing staff, social workers, and transportation staff Monitor attendance and participant participation Help prepare materials, activity rooms, and event setups Support special events, celebrations, and community programs Maintain basic activity documentation and records Assist with participant supervision to ensure a safe and positive environment Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Experience working with seniors, adult day care, healthcare, community programs, or social services preferred 근무 형태: 정규직 급여: $20.00 - $25.04 시급 근무지 위치: 대면
