Ro Health is hiring dedicated Paraprofessionals and Behavior Technicians to support students across Riverside County for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. In this school-based role, you'll work directly with students with disabilities and individualized learning needs, helping them build academic, behavioral, communication, social-emotional, and daily living skills. Depending on your assignment and experience, you may provide individualized classroom support, implement behavioral strategies, or reinforce instruction and learning experiences to help students make meaningful progress toward their goals. What You'll Do Provide individualized 1:1 or small-group support to students in school settings. Support students with academic engagement, communication, social-emotional development, behavior regulation, independence, and daily living skills. Implement accommodations, instructional strategies, and behavioral interventions outlined in students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and other individualized support plans. Reinforce positive behaviors and help students develop self-regulation, communication, social interaction, and independent living skills. Support students during classroom activities, transitions, peer interactions, and daily school routines. Monitor student behavior and progress, collect data when required by the assignment, and document relevant observations. Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and individualized behavioral programs under BCBA guidance when applicable to the role. Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, specialists, and other school personnel to promote consistency and support student success. ABA experience or an Associate's Degree/ 48 College Units Experience working with children, students with disabilities, or neurodivergent individuals preferred. Experience in a school, childcare, camp, caregiving, educational, or behavioral setting is a plus. Strong communication skills, patience, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting students. Ability to complete required state and federal background checks, fingerprinting, and school-based credentialing requirements. Lift, carry, push or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds and 51 pounds with assistance.
