K12 Position Overview We are seeking a caring and dependable Paraprofessional to support students in a K12 school setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact in the classroom. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students Assist teachers with classroom activities and daily routines Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally Help maintain a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment Monitor student progress and communicate observations with the classroom team Assist students with staying engaged and successful throughout the school day Qualifications Experience working with children or youth required Previous school or paraprofessional experience is not required Experience in childcare, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, camps, behavioral support, or similar settings is welcomed Patient, dependable, and comfortable working with students of different ages and abilities Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with teachers and school staff Why Consider This Opportunity? $24/hour Consistent MondayFriday schedule 30 hours per week K12 school setting Opportunity to gain valuable school-based experience Supportive team environment Apply Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
