Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and supporting the developmental needs of each child. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in various subjects, including math and literacy. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that accommodates children with diverse needs, including those with special education requirements. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and encourage positive behavior among students. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. Assess children's development and learning progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed. Create engaging activities that support childhood development, including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational program and share best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with preschool-aged children, particularly those with disabilities or special education needs. Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies for young learners. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and fellow educators. Ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a supportive learning environment. Previous experience in classroom management is highly desirable.
