QUALIFICATIONS
1.Any combination equivalent to:
graduation from high school and one year experience working with school age children in organization setting or learning environment. Experience working with children with Autism and related disorders preferred. Must have completed two years of higher education study or obtained an associate's degree or higher. 2. Ability to assist with instruction and related activities in a classroom or assigned learning environment. 3. Assist students with personal hygiene; wash hands and faces; toilet students and change diapers and clothing as necessary; assist students with eating activities. 4. Lift students in and out orthopedic equipment, position and reposition students as needed. 5. Monitor, observe and report student behavior and progress according to approved policies and procedures. 6. Perform a variety of clerical duties in support of classroom activities. 7. Learn guidelines and materials related to the reading program as assigned by the position. 8. Must have a Valid CPR & First Aid certificate, possession of a valid California's Class C driver's license.SALARY:
